In Photos: Paris, France

I got the opportunity to visit Paris, France back in 2014. And while some of these photos are featured on my photography portfolio, I want to consolidate my photos from that trip in one post to share my experience.

Architecture

Some of the notable architecture I photographed were the Notre Dame, Sacre Coeur Basilica, Eiffel Tower, and Arc de Triomphe.

Claude Monet’s Garden

Claude Monet lived in Giverny, France which is about a 1 hour drive outside of Paris. He had a passion for gardening in addition to painting so he cultivated a large garden around his home in Giverny. The Claude Monet Foundation keeps the house and garden maintained so visitors can tour the location.

I also got to spend a week in Germany in addition to the week in France, but I don’t have many photos from that part of the trip because I was visiting family. I hope I get the chance to explore more of Europe and the beauty it holds.
